The rules
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and us when you buy something. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
In effect from 15 October 2026

This policy is missing details that only you can supply. A payment gateway will check for them, and a customer relying on a blank is worse than no page at all.

Fill these into data/legal.ts and this box disappears from every policy page.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Ishika Agrawal, trading as Candy Cabinet, with its place of business at [REGISTERED ADDRESS — NOT YET PROVIDED].
You can reach us at orders@thecandycabinet.com or +91 89779 37035. “We”, “us” and “Candy Cabinet” mean that business throughout these terms.
Using this site
You may browse, buy, and share links to anything here. You may not copy our images, product photography, charm designs, written copy or brand marks for commercial use, resell our products as your own, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation.
You do not need an account to order. Your cart and saved items are kept in your own browser, not on our servers — see the Privacy Policy for what that means.
The products
Every charm is hand-painted and sealed individually. That is the point of them, and it has a consequence: no two are identical. Linework, lettering and finish vary between pieces, and yours will differ slightly from the one shown on screen. Colours also vary between screens.
Variation of this kind is not a defect and is not grounds for return under our normal policy. Something that arrives genuinely wrong — damaged, the incorrect item, or badly made — is a different matter, and is covered in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
We describe materials as accurately as we can on each product page. Jewellery is not a toy and is not suitable for small children.
Pieces you build yourself
Our Build Your Own service lets you choose a base and between one and five charms, in an order you set. The price is the base plus each charm you add, shown to you before you pay.
A piece built this way is made to your specific selection after you order. Because of that it is treated as a custom item, and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. Our obligations if it arrives damaged or incorrect are unaffected.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is charged separately where it applies — see the Shipping Policy.
Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price; we will tell you if that happens.
Payment is taken through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.
You can cancel before dispatch. See Refunds & Cancellations for how, and for the window.
Delivery and risk
We ship within India only. Shipping is free on orders over ₹4,000. Estimated timings are on the Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything written here.
Intellectual property
The Candy Cabinet name, logo, charm designs, product names, photography and written copy belong to us. Buying a piece buys you the piece, not the right to reproduce its design.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that governs that order, so a later change cannot be applied backwards to something you have already bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If something has gone wrong, please write to us before anything else. Almost everything is fixable by email.
